The competition in the foldable smartphone continues to grow. Apple, on the other hand, is more cautious in this market. We have yet to see a foldable iPhone from Apple, although many competitors have released more than one model. However, the fan-made foldable iPhone concept looks very stylish.
Will the foldable iPhone be like this?
A new concept study published on the Chinese social media platform BiliBili soon went viral on the internet. The fan project, which showcases the foldable model called iPhone V, folds vertically, similar to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip.
The fan-made iPhone V splits the iPhone’s internal components in two. The iPhone, which can look like a laptop as a result of folding two separate parts on top of each other, welcomes us. The concept design includes how the foldable screen will look.
The person who prepared the design thought that the iPhone V would consist of two separate parts. At the bottom of the device is the motherboard containing the chipset and memory; At the top are the battery, sensors and camera. The Chinese user, who took the project one step further, turned the iPhone design into reality using a 3D printer.
The concept work was also prepared like a real commercial. He stated that the iPhone V has 5G connectivity and is powered by the A16 Bionic chipset. While the foldable screen is Super Retina XDR, there is a 12 Megapixel selfie camera on the front.
Although this iPhone concept in China is interesting, we do not know if Apple has any work on it. Reports have revealed that the company may introduce a foldable iPhone in 2024-2025 at the earliest. Let us remind you that Apple has not confirmed any reports.
